The official PositionGuard package for Hubitat installs through Hubitat Package Manager. A parent app syncs your groups and creates a child device per member, whose attributes you can trigger on in Rule Machine — arrivals, departures, and Safety Zone changes.

Precise coordinates never reach the hub: the integration works with presence and area names only.

What you get

• A child device per group member with presence and current-area attributes
• Safety Zone attributes — trigger a rule when someone is outside their usual places
• Local polling from your hub with a personal API key
